Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Order Form shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. This Order Form supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Services set forth herein, including, but not limited to, any prior Order Forms executed between the Parties. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in the Agreement or this Order Form, all subscriptions are non-terminable by you prior to expiration of the Subscription Term.
